The people who run Earth Bound are committed to sharing their gardening knowledge, and to selling the wide variety of plants and flowers they cultivate. We enjoyed looking around the gardens and were fascinated by the spectacular variety and colours of the lilies. We bought a beautiful pink-flowering bush called Filipendula, and a few lilies including a big bold red one called Montezuma!
I was glad to hear how to prune our wisteria and our pear tree. I was under the impression that luck was what you needed to get your wisteria to bloom, but instead it requires very agressive pruning.
We headed back to the hotel, but grabbed a couple of subs in town first. The sunset was beautiful.
