Here he is. His name is Mr. Klein, after the science teacher who adopted him for the winter in his classroom aquarium.

We believe he is a bullfrog.

Six Easy Pieces

This is an intriguing book that contains the content of a series of introductory physics lectures that were given by one of the "best" teachers of post WWII physics, Richard Feynman. His knack was that he could demystify physics and put it into language that the average, non-mathematician can understand. I'll keep this book around to loan to someone who needs to get up to speed on their science basics!

The Canadians: Blood Brothers

I've been chomping through this old novel, which I found in a book store in Wiarton. It's one of a series of seven volumes that takes place in the days when the Europeans were fighting for control of the continent, and the fate of the aborginals became helplessly entwined in it all. I prefer to review my history by reading moderately interesting fiction such as this!

Reading an old book called the New New Thing: A Silicon Valley Story

It's by Michael Lewis, and tells the story of Jim Clark, inventor of Netscape back in 1995. Basically Clark became a billionaire in a matter of months.
